Staff has tentatively booked Camp Walden  for a three day, two night, Leadership Experience for next year’s Grade 8 students, from Tuesday, September 22nd  to Thursday, September 24^th , 2015.  The Doon staff  is very excited about offering this experience for our 13^th consecutive year.  We believe that providing a leadership camp is invaluable in terms of the leadership skills they foster in our future grade eights.  The camp provides an excellent opportunity for team building, communication skills, problem solving, goal setting, risk taking and developing self-esteem.

There will be an important information meeting for parents to highlight the details of this exciting program and answer any questions you may have.  This meeting is scheduled for Monday March 30th  at 7:00 pm. We anticipate the meeting being about an hour long. Parent attendance is highly recommended.
