Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thank you to those who are diligent in calling our Attendance Line when your child is absent or going to be late.  For those who are not familiar with calling the attendance line, we would greatly appreciate your help in calling this every time your child is going to be away, has an appointment or is just running late.  This Attendance Line can be reached by calling the school directly at 519-748-1341 and dialing #1.  It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is the best way to ensure communication regarding your child’s absence is received and recorded for our Safe Arrival Program.

Please do not call the office directly as mornings can be an extremely busy time in our office.   Our priority is the safe arrival of your children and your cooperation in following this procedure will help to greatly reduce the number of unneccessary phone calls our office needs to make in order to ensure the safety of  your children in a timely manner.
