We are just about ready to open our doors and welcome our Doon Tigers to another terrific school year! Please find below a few important dates to share with you as we look to the upcoming weeks and month.
Of note:
- Class Lists were posted on, Friday, August 29, at 3:00 pm on the front, and both side entry doors. They will remain up over the weekend.
- Our First day of school is Tuesday, September 2! Grades 5 and 6 students will be met outside by teachers carrying signs. Grade 7 and 8 students, please proceed to the gym.
- Our school day schedule has changed slightly this year, please see the new schedule on the sidebar of our website or the attached 2014-2015 Timetable.
- If you haven’t done so already, please check busing information at www.stswr.ca. Please have your childs OEN number available (this can be found at the top of any of their previous report cards).
- Our school wide Photo Day is Thursday, September 4. Get your smile on!
- The ‘Safe Arrival’ Program has been implemented. All doors to our school will now be locked during school day hours. If you arrive late or anytime throughout the day, you must use the intercom system, prior to being invited into the school.
- Our office hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm each day
